Job Description:**Subject: Position Announcement: Communications Specialist and Office Manager to the CEO**
Aquatop Egypt, a leading distributor of premium bathroom solutions in Egypt representing globally recognized brands, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fulfill the dual role of Communications Specialist and Office Manager to the CEO. This full-time position, reporting directly to the CEO and located in Cairo, Egypt, demands a professional capable of managing high-level business correspondence and providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication proficiency, a high degree of discretion, and superior organizational skills to ensure the effective management of priorities and tasks. Responsibilities encompass communications management, encompassing drafting and managing professional correspondence with international suppliers, manufacturers, clients, and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and maintaining organized records. Office management duties include overseeing the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, preparing meeting documentation, and ensuring efficient daily operations of the CEO’s office. Furthermore, the role necessitates administrative and analytical support, including preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for tracking business-related data and assisting with procurement-related documentation and logistics coordination.
Skills:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or supplier/client communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform lookups, and manage data).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
