For more information, visit www.amideast.org.Position DescriptionThe Test Center Administrator (TCA) is responsible for the secure, efficient, and professional administration of testing services while also managing front desk and reception responsibilities. The TCA ensures compliance with all testing regulations and procedures, maintains test security and confidentiality, and delivers high-quality customer service to candidates and visitors.This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, technical competence, and the ability to manage both operational and reception functions in a structured testing environment.ResponsibilitiesTest Center Administration Open and close the test center according to the operational schedule Prepare testing rooms and ensure all equipment functions properly prior to each session Verify candidate identification and ensure compliance with testing procedures and policies Conduct security checks and monitor candidates during examinations Perform workstation and room inspections, including during candidate breaks Maintain strict confidentiality of test materials and candidate data Complete required reports, logs, and documentation accurately and promptly Troubleshoot basic technical issues and monitor CCTV systems Maintain inventory of testing materials and ensure facility readiness Ensure adherence to safety and security standards at all timesReception & Candidate Check-in Duties Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and visitors Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area Perform candidate check-in procedures, including ID verification, biometric capture (if applicable), and registration confirmation Provide clear instructions regarding testing procedures, personal belongings storage, and exam rules Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding test schedules and policies Coordinate candidate flow to ensure smooth and timely test session starts Handle candidate concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Test Center Manager when necessary Maintain visitor logs and ensure controlled access to secure areasRequiredQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage) Strong IT and computer troubleshooting skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures Professional appearance and front-desk presence Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a structured environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive informationWORK ENVIRONMENTThe incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.The Role Involves The Use Of The Following Equipment Computer (laptop or desktop) Printer / Photocopier / Scanner Telephone CCTV monitoring systems Biometric devicesThe physical demands and work environment that have been described are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
