The incumbent is responsible for the processing and verification of real estate transaction payments, deposits, and withdrawals in accordance with established company policies and prevailing industry regulations. This includes providing comprehensive client support by addressing inquiries pertaining to real estate financial transactions with accuracy and a commitment to exceptional customer service. The individual will maintain meticulous and comprehensive records of all financial transactions, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality. Collaboration with sales, accounting, and administrative departments is required to facilitate seamless transaction processing and address any discrepancies that may arise. Furthermore, the role entails the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports for management review. Ensuring strict adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols is paramount. The secure handling of cash, checks, and electronic payments, in compliance with established security protocols, is also a key responsibility. The incumbent will also support the onboarding process for new clients by verifying required documentation and assisting with account establishment. Suspected instances of unusual or suspicious transaction activity must be promptly identified and escalated to the appropriate department. Finally, the individual is expected to actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for optimizing transaction management.

Skills:

  • 2-6 years of experience in a teller, cashier, or financial services role, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
  • Proven ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in using financial software, spreadsheets, and office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of compliance standards, including AML and KYC regulations.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
