Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in interior design, furniture, kitchens, and dressing solutions, and will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions in interior design, furniture, kitchens, and dressing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries from various sources.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in interior design or home furnishings.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport over the phone.

- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and products is a plus.
