**Job Title:** Telecom Commissioning Engineer
**Location:** Tianjin, China (Bomesc Yard) until September 2026 – onshore. Subsequently, Qatar (Offshore) until October 2027 – offshore (35/35 rotation).

**Job Description**

**Mission:**
To ensure the safe commissioning, start-up, and maintenance execution of Telecommunication Systems, in compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, legislative requirements, and international standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Ensuring that all activities within the designated area of responsibility are executed in full compliance with HSE requirements.
* Acknowledging the role’s involvement within the Permit to Work (PTW) system and verifying the safety measures detailed in the PTW pertaining to said involvement, encompassing area preparation and restoration procedures.
* Identifying and controlling potential hazards to prevent damage to equipment, personnel, and the environment.
* Executing Tests and Inspections in accordance with project documentation, in collaboration with the assigned team of technicians and vendor representatives.
* Documenting Test results within approved Test/Inspection forms and reports.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Languages: Proficiency in the English language is required.
* Technical Knowledge: Expertise in telecommunications engineering.
