Job Description:**Subject: Real Estate Telemarketer – Remote Position (Egypt)**
Our real estate brokerage, located in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks a highly motivated and proficient Telemarketer to join our team in a remote capacity.
**Position Overview:**
The Real Estate Telemarketer will be responsible for conducting outbound calling campaigns targeting expired listings and identified prospecting areas. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in converting initial prospect interactions into qualified listing appointments through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to target markets, including expired listings and designated prospecting areas.
* Secure listing appointments through persuasive communication and effective closing techniques.
* Accurately schedule and record appointments within the Follow Up Boss CRM system.
* Maintain comprehensive records of all call activities and outcomes.
* Utilize the Enzo Dialer system to maximize call productivity and efficiency.
* Report directly to the Broker regarding campaign progress and results.
**Target Markets:**
* Expired listings
* Prospecting areas
* Property owners within the Atlanta, GA market
**Required Qualifications:**
* **Exceptional English language proficiency with minimal discernible accent (essential).**
* Demonstrated experience in cold calling and telephone sales.
* Availability to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.
* Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Follow Up Boss is advantageous.
* Experience with automated dialing systems; familiarity with Enzo Dialer is advantageous.
* Prior experience in real estate telemarketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
* Proven resilience in overcoming objections and maintaining a persistent approach.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* **Base Salary:** 10,000 – 15,000 EGP per month.
* **Performance Bonus:** 2,500 EGP per successful listing appointment secured.

* Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
