**Key Responsibilities:**

* Employ a rigorous and structured approach to identify and resolve complex technology business challenges, generating strategic insights.
* Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology, based on thorough assessments and an understanding of strategic visions, performance gaps, and client needs.
* Independently lead small engagements or work streams, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivery, effective team management, and sound financial performance.
* Identify and cultivate pull-through business opportunities, supporting business development efforts in collaboration with client and Accenture teams, leading to successful sales closures.
* Collaborate with clients and internal Accenture teams to align business and technology priorities.
* Develop and disseminate content knowledge through active participation in technology strategy operations and communities of practice.
* Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that offer innovative insights, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations within specific technology strategy domains.
* Engage with senior management at client organizations and/or within Accenture to guide recommendations and secure buy-in on matters requiring alternative approaches.

**Key Skills:**

* Strong data-driven consulting skills with a focus on business and technology value architecting and realization.
* Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in determining appropriate methods and procedures for assignments.
* Experience in managing team efforts both at client locations and within Accenture.
* Proficiency in identifying and securing pull-through business opportunities.
* Experience and understanding of core technology strategy offerings including IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, and cloud computing.
* Experience in technology advisory and/or implementation.
* Demonstrated business acumen acquired through experience or formal education (e.g., MBA).

**External Hire Profile:**

* Minimum of 4-8 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
* Proven and relevant consulting experience; alternatively, strong in-house IT & Digital strategy/enterprise architecture experience, advanced startup experience, or pre-sales experience with demonstrated consulting skills.
* Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
