Technician, Air Conditioning

Air conditioning technician ensures appropriate climate control of Group’s premises by maintaining the HVAC systems in good working conditions.  The responsibilities includes:1. Inspect, test, adjust and balance HVAC systems in Group’s premises, using specialized tools and test equipment. 2. Open or close louvers in system duct work or adjust flow control valves in piping to balance system.  3. Plan and perform periodic maintenance independently or with third party on Group’s HVAC systems and lubricate fans, motors and control units.   4. Diagnose HVAC systems to determine problems and determine malfunctions in system component parts. 5. Perform repairs on HVAC system, and replace exhausted and defective parts, such as valves, belts, air filters and water filters, duct parts, filling gas, duct work and isolation material, electrical wiring, etc… 6. Oversee and participate in installation of HVAC systems by third party, inspect system to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and perform tests. 7. Clean work area, tools, machines and equipments. 8. Adhere to Group’s policies and health and safety regulations.9. Perform other duties as requested by management.
