Job Description:**Technical Support Engineer & Coordinator**

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct device repairs, perform initial diagnostics, and determine the underlying causes of malfunctions.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, making informed decisions based on customer requirements, and providing diligent follow-up until complete resolution.
* Manage the preparation and coordination of customer-requested shipments via telephone, engaging with shipping carriers to guarantee timely delivery.
* Gather, organize, and maintain all pertinent documentation to facilitate efficient retrieval as required.
* Monitor and manage interactions pertaining to Medela products and inquiries on social media platforms.
* Maintain and update the technical support department’s database on a regular basis.
* Participate in scheduled team and departmental meetings.
* Prepare technical support performance and activity reports.
* Maintain a systematic filing system for job sheets and administrative documents.
