Technical Sales Engineer (Pumps Division)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer with an engineering background to join our growing team at OYA ENERGY, focusing on water solutions pump for the private sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the industrial private sector, including factories and industrial facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads for water solution pumps, dosing pumps, and related equipment.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the value, performance, and suitability of pump systems and integrated solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are aligned with project specifications.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including pump selection, system sizing, troubleshooting, and after-sales coordination.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and suppliers to secure profitable sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in pump systems and mechanical solutions.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Represent OYA ENERGY in industry events, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
