Job Description

To achieve target objectives & strategies to expand business & to achieve market share target set by the company.

  • Develops business plan and strategy for Grove Cranes business that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability
  • Add new customers & follow up to achieve required target and volumes
  • Visit new potential customers to develop customer’s base, solicit order and process enquiries
  • Achievement of agreed monthly annual sales target and profit objectives
  • Consistent develop and growth sales, profitability and market share
  • Effective monthly sales campaign
  • Visit existing customers on a regular schedule basis to solicit orders, collect cash payment, and process inquiries
  • Initiates and coordinates development and implementation of marketing plan as needed and achieve market share target
  • Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance as assigned product
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospects applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Established new accounts and service accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedule
  • Maintains accurate record of all pricings, sales activity reports related to Cranes Business
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations
  • At all times operates in a responsible manner, projecting an image of sincerity and professionalism
  • Report to management any aspect of company operations deemed to be contrary to company interest or objectives
