Job Description:**الخيار الرسمي:**
The candidate’s responsibilities encompass the following areas:
1. **Agile and Scrum Leadership:**
Serve as Scrum Master or collaborate closely with the designated Scrum Master to uphold Agile best practices.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Champion continuous improvement and promote Agile adoption across various teams.
2. **Technical Project Management:**
Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee software development utilizing Spring Boot (backend), Angular (frontend), DevOps methodologies, and test automation frameworks.
Ensure alignment between technical execution and overarching business objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.
3. **Collaboration with the Product Owner:**
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Translate business requirements into well-defined technical tasks and user stories.
Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
Assist in product roadmap planning and facilitate stakeholder communication.
4. **DevOps and Release Management:**
Ensure seamless integration of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated deployments.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize software release processes.
Maintain a consistent focus on security, scalability, and performance.
5. **Test Automation and Quality Assurance:**
Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
Ensure the proper integration of automated testing frameworks within the CI/CD pipeline.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to uphold high software quality standards.
6. **Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:**
Communicate project status, risks, and progress to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Provide burndown charts, velocity reports, and Agile Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and progress.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Spring Boot (Java), Angular (TypeScript/JavaScript), RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integrations.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Familiarity with test automation frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Cypress).
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
Project Management Skills:
5+ years of experience in technical project management within Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.
Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to lead teams with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
