Job Description:El-Dereiny Engineering Works Co. is currently seeking a highly motivated **Technical Operations and Development Engineer** to integrate into our organization. This key role necessitates effective coordination between management, the technical team, and the finance department. The incumbent will be responsible for determining product costing, overseeing production processes utilizing various machinery, identifying operational inefficiencies, and formulating viable solutions to enhance workflow optimization and overall efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Developing accurate product cost estimates and generating pricing quotations.
* Supervising product manufacturing activities, encompassing both CNC and conventional machining operations.
* Serving as a primary point of contact and facilitator between management, finance, and workshop personnel.
* Monitoring and providing guidance to workshop technicians to ensure optimal performance and adherence to task specifications.
* Analyzing production-related challenges and proposing technically sound improvements.
* Investigating and recommending innovative solutions, tools, and suppliers to elevate production quality and reduce associated costs.
* Generating comprehensive technical documentation and production reports.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production or Power).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or operations role.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, fabrication, and cost estimation.
Hands-on experience with workshop tools and production lines (CNC experience is a plus).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong coordination and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
