Ship & C.R.E.W is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Technical Office Senior Engineer specializing in Lifting Engineering to contribute to our Port Operations Sector. This critical role entails the meticulous planning and execution of stevedoring operations for exceptionally large, heavy, and atypical cargo, including windmills, railcars, and other oversized freight. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable expertise in lifting methodologies, load analysis, and stevedoring simulation.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Stevedoring Planning and Execution:** Develop and implement comprehensive lifting and handling plans for complex cargo, ensuring operational safety, efficiency, and optimization.
2. **Lifting and Load Analysis:** Conduct rigorous stress analysis, load distribution studies, and risk assessments to guarantee the structural integrity of cargo during all phases of movement.
3. **Equipment Selection and Simulation:** Determine the appropriate selection of cranes, lifting gear, and transport equipment. Create detailed 2D/3D simulations utilizing SolidWorks or AutoCAD to validate operational plans.
4. **Storage and Lashing Planning:** Design and implement secure storage and lashing solutions for transported cargo, ensuring stability and adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations.
5. **Performance Reporting and Optimization:** Generate routine operational reports, monitor sector performance metrics, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and safety protocols.
