Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Office Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Technical Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our daily activities. You will play a crucial role in managing projects, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth running of our technical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all technical aspects of office operations, including project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and collaboration.
  3. Manage and supervise a team of technical staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  4. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  6. Manage and maintain office equipment and infrastructure, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as necessary.
  8. Prepare and present reports on office operations, including project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in all technical operations.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the private sector.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  3. Strong technical background, with knowledge of project management methodologies and office technologies.
  4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and external stakeholders.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
