Job Description:
- Prepare, review, and coordinate technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ongoing projects.
- Interpret project specifications and ensure compliance with engineering standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site engineers to resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, material submittals, and procurement requests.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) for various project phases.
- Monitor project progress and report on technical aspects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support the construction supervision team by providing technical guidance and clarifications.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation, correspondence, and approvals.
