The incumbent is responsible for the preparation and review of technical documentation, encompassing drawings, specifications, and reports, to guarantee accuracy and adherence to project stipulations. Furthermore, the incumbent will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other relevant personnel to formulate comprehensive project plans and schedules. Coordination of diverse technical and design concerns with consultants or owners is also required. Diligent monitoring of project progression is essential, with proactive identification and mitigation of potential issues or delays to maintain project timelines. Regular site visits and inspections will be conducted to verify construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans and specifications. The review and verification of submittals, including shop drawings, material submissions, calculation sheets, and method statements, are crucial. Collaboration with the procurement department will facilitate the sourcing and selection of materials and equipment that satisfy project specifications and quality benchmarks. Assistance in the formulation of cost estimations and project budgets will be provided. Technical support and guidance will be extended to project teams and contractors. Continuous professional development is expected to maintain current knowledge of industry advancements and regulatory modifications to ensure compliance and enhance project efficacy. Active participation in project meetings and effective communication of project progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders are integral to the role.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 6years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Interior decoration.
- Experience working on large projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
