Job Description
- Studying the received enquiries in order to propose the correct item from our range of items.
- Preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals.
- Preparing and submitting technical submittals with shop drawings.
- Site supervision to comply the technical requirements of project specification and drawings.
- Strong commercial knowledge.
- Managing the time frame of proposals, obtaining approvals, contracts signing, production schedules, shipping, freight and clearance process with the concerned persons.
- Managing material deliveries to clients jobsites.
- Supervising the installation works at site with his team
- Managing the documents circle from receiving the enquiry till handling over the job.
Skills
- Strong technical/site experience of drainage and water management products/solutions.
- Strong experience with tenders and bids.
- Strong Experience of site supervision and technical office.
- Good Commercial/financial knowledge.
- Good experience of managing projects time frame from Technical commercial proposals, Technical submittal, contract signing, payments, production, freight shipping, customs/clearance, deliveries, installation works, site supervision, till handing over the job.
- Arabic/ English native speaking is a MUST.
- A member of Saudi Counsel of engineers.
- Strong Experience of MS Office and engineering applications of design.
- Transferable iqama
- Saudi driving license.
- Age not exceeding 40.
