Job Description:**Technical Customer Success Manager – Opportunity for Saudi Nationals**
**Overview:**
HERE Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to champion the successful adoption and ongoing engagement of HERE’s technology solutions within key Automotive accounts. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value derived from HERE products and services. This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals in support of local labor regulations and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assume comprehensive ownership of assigned accounts, cultivating high-touch engagement and developing/executing Success Plans to optimize customer value realization.
* Spearhead intricate, strategic, and large-scale customer programs, particularly within the Automotive OEM sector.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer delivery, encompassing product launches, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and project execution.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage project escalations, and collaborate with Project/Program Managers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
* Serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing regular feedback to Product and Sales teams, and driving executive-level reviews and decision-making as needed.
* Orchestrate the customer journey, driving adoption, expanding customer footprint within HERE’s product ecosystem, and maximizing customer retention and advocacy.
* In conjunction with the Sales team, provide consultative guidance to clients on opportunities to enhance their Navigation, IoT, and Location-Based Services (LBS) solutions.
* Serve as the primary technical interface, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer requirements across internal divisions.
* Identify process gaps within the customer lifecycle and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally, to engage with customers and suppliers as required.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 5-10 years of technical experience (content, software, engineering) with a pre-sales background or equivalent technically-oriented management function.
* Demonstrable experience in Customer Success and Technical Account Management, working with large enterprise customers.
* Proven track record in program management, including execution and delivery involving large cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional ownership mentality, fostering a trusted partnership with the customer.
* Superior consultative, advisory, and organizational skills, coupled with strategic thinking, proactive risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
* In-depth understanding of Automotive infotainment, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), in-vehicle, and cloud solutions.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries and a demonstrated history of cross-functional collaboration.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with intercultural work experience; proficiency in local language is advantageous.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. PMI PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
