Job Description:يتولى قيادة فريق من المهندسين المعماريين التقنيين وتعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية، مع متابعة مهام الفريق وضمان تسليم المشاريع وفقًا للمواصفات المطلوبة وفي المواعيد المحددة. يضمن الامتثال لجميع الخطط المعمارية للمعايير واللوائح الصناعية، ومراجعة خطط المشاريع والرسومات الفنية والمواصفات لضمان الدقة والالتزام بمتطلبات المشروع. يتحمل المسؤولية عن رضا العملاء والجودة التصميمية وربحية جميع المشاريع المُضطلع بها، بما يساهم في تحقيق الأولويات الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة.
Skills:
- Very good skills in coordination and review of design working drawings/BOQ and specs in all disciplines
- Familiar using different building codes (EGYPTIAN CODES FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS).
- Perfect in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS office/project.
- BS degree in Architecture.
- Experience 10-12 years in the consultancy field.
