Job Position: Technical Architect – Interior / for design and Fitout company
Industry: – Interior Design / Fit out
Job location: – Cairo , 5th settlement
Oversee the design and execution of interior fit-out projects from concept through to completion.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a detailed drawing for joinery, architectural and fit out, and interiors
- Design development for 2D Plans-Shop drawing detailed-shop drawing for architectural & interior fit
- Prepare and review drawings (2D) for accuracy and technical feasibility.
- Ensure the fit-out works meet local regulations and safety standards.Develop design concepts and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure design concepts align with client specifications, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Assess and optimize the layout and space planning to enhance the functionality of interior spaces.
- Prepare detailed furniture layouts, floor plans, and material selections in compliance with design standards and client needs.
Skills:
- Must have 3 Years Experience as a technical Interior Design and shopsrawings as well
- Experienced in 3D Max, and SketchUp is an additional
- Must be excellent in Revit or AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop additional
- Must have knowledge in Space Planning Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, and specifications.
