Assume a leadership role in the .NET development team, providing mentorship and technical direction to team members. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure .NET applications in accordance with established standards. Conduct code reviews, offer technical guidance, and enforce adherence to best practices. Collaborate effectively with product managers, quality assurance engineers, and UI/UX designers to achieve project objectives. Define and implement application architecture, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness. Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and review processes. Identify and remediate performance bottlenecks and defects. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of emerging .NET technologies and frameworks.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ.
- Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading software development teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
