**Title: Technical Lead**

**Role Summary:**

The Technical Lead serves as the primary technical authority for the development team, responsible for the oversight of all technical facets pertaining to the organization’s platforms, encompassing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, mobile applications, and web applications. This role necessitates a critical analysis of the existing system architecture, provision of insightful recommendations for enhancement, and assurance of successful project delivery while upholding stringent performance standards and adhering to established deadlines. The position represents a leadership opportunity that integrates system architecture proficiency, project management acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of contemporary technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**System Architecture, Technical Oversight, and Optimization:**

* Conduct thorough analysis, comprehension, and optimization of the extant system architecture across all designated platforms (ERP, mobile, and web).
* Formulate data-driven insights and recommendations aimed at addressing architectural complexities and augmenting system performance.
* Furnish strategic guidance concerning technical methodologies to effectively fulfill project objectives.
* Ensure minimization of system latency and optimization of overall platform performance.
* Offer specialized expertise in front-end, back-end, and data analytics best practices to sustain optimal system performance and user experience.
* Demonstrate proficiency in Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), caching strategies, and database optimization techniques.

**Development and Technical Leadership:**

* Serve as the principal liaison between the development team and pertinent stakeholders.
* Oversee front-end, back-end, and full-stack development activities, ensuring alignment with architectural and business objectives.
* Implement performance benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guarantee developer adherence to or surpassing established standards.
* Review project requirements and tasks, providing architectural recommendations and technical support.
* Guide developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring task completion to the highest possible standard.
* Evaluate completed implementations, with particular emphasis on performance, latency, and scalability.

**Project Management and Planning:**

* Possess a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming procedures.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize tasks and optimize the product backlog.
