Job Description:
- To ensure that the company satisfies its customers’ needs.
- To understand, meet and exceed the customers’ requirements
- To handle all telephone calls, written correspondence, emails and faxes in a polite and efficient manner
- Provides help and advice to customers, using the organization’s products or services.
- communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face;
- investigates and solves customers’ problems (these may be more complex or long-standing problems that have been passed over by customer service assistants);
- Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Develops feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
- Ensures learning of organization products or services and keeping up to date with any changes.
- Handles VIP cases.
- Handles all complaints via (phone calls, faxes, face to face visits,)
- Performs other related duties
