Job Description:

  • To ensure that the company satisfies its customers’ needs. 
  • To understand, meet and exceed the customers’ requirements
  • To handle all telephone calls, written correspondence, emails and faxes in a polite and efficient manner
  • Provides help and advice to customers, using the organization’s products or services.
  • communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face; 
  • investigates and solves customers’ problems (these may be more complex or long-standing problems that have been passed over by customer service assistants); 
  • Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. 
  • Develops feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use. 
  • Ensures learning of organization products or services and keeping up to date with any changes.
  • Handles VIP cases.
  • Handles all complaints via (phone calls, faxes, face to face visits,)
  • Performs other related duties
  • Impacts on the revenue and profits of the company
