Job Description:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians, assigning daily maintenance tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and maintain all electrical systems, including panels, lighting, and power distribution.
- Follow up on HVAC systems operations and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Oversee plumbing works and resolve any mechanical issues within the facilities.
- Inspect and ensure the functionality of firefighting and fire alarm systems, including fire extinguishers.
- Monitor generator, fuel levels, and ensure regular testing and servicing.
- Follow up on maintenance-related requests and tickets submitted through the Tawasol System, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule and verify implementation.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance documentation across both buildings.
- Be flexible to work on a rotational shift basis as required by operations.
