Job Description:

  • Support the end-to-end talent management process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives for employees at various levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws in all HR activities.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to position Royal Herbs as an employer of choice in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors.
