Job Description:The incumbent is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing the development of offer letters and employment contracts, proactive candidate sourcing through various channels, and the management of job requisitions. This role involves defining recruitment requirements aligned with organizational strategy, anticipating future needs, and developing comprehensive manpower plans. Further duties include promoting vacancies, screening applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating the interview process. The incumbent will also be responsible for reporting on recruitment activities, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing employee turnover to inform retention strategies. Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations is mandatory, including ensuring subordinate compliance. Continuous process improvement, performance management of team members, collaboration with the Organizational Development team on challenging recruitment campaigns, and participation in career events are also key responsibilities. Finally, the incumbent will undertake any other duties as assigned by their direct supervisor.
