Job Description:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans aligned with organizational workforce requirements and hiring objectives.
Source qualified candidates through diverse channels, encompassing online platforms, social media outlets, professional networks, and proactive sourcing methodologies.
Advise and support hiring managers on optimal interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation processes.
Track recruitment metrics, generating periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficacy of recruitment strategies.
Maintain awareness of industry developments and best practices in recruitment to ensure the organization’s competitive advantage in attracting top talent.
Partner with the Human Resources team to strengthen the employer brand through strategic recruitment marketing initiatives.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for mass hiring for both white & blue collar.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
