The Human Resources department is responsible for the following key functions: collaborating with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements; establishing selection criteria; proactively sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, including social media and professional networking sites; planning and executing comprehensive interview and selection processes, encompassing screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews; evaluating candidate qualifications and contact information utilizing the Applicant Tracking System; developing job descriptions and interview questions aligned with specific position requirements; leading employer branding initiatives; organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events; forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department; and cultivating enduring relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates.
Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- FMCG background is a plus.
- Very Good Command in English written and spoken
