Azizi Developments, a distinguished international real estate developer, is expanding its operations into Egypt with the establishment of Vasimos, a division of Studio360, in New Cairo. In this context, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our dynamic in-house design studio, specializing in complex high-rise residential and hospitality developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing the following key duties: managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer letter generation and onboarding coordination; managing recruitment-related invoices and communication with vendors; maintaining comprehensive recruitment reports and assisting with the implementation of recruitment software; preparing necessary documentation and onboarding materials for new hires; conducting initial orientation sessions; and undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager. The role demands proven expertise in talent acquisition, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar. Professional Certification in HR is preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment.
• Technical Skills: Must have worked in a fast-paced environment and managed volume hiring.
• Knowledge of local Egypt labor law and the latest interviewing techniques.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Candidates from design consultancy background will be preferred.
