Job Description:**We are seeking a motivated Recruiter with two to four years of experience in talent acquisition to join our team at a leading office furniture manufacturing facility in Badr City. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:**
* **Collaborating with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements.**
* **Defining selection criteria for open positions.**
* **Utilizing online channels, including social media platforms and professional networks, to source prospective candidates.**
* **Developing and implementing interview and selection procedures, encompassing screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.**
* **Crafting comprehensive job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.**
* **Spearheading employer branding initiatives.**
* **Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.**
* **Forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs on a departmental basis.**
* **Cultivating long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.**
**Working hours are Sunday through Thursday. Transportation is provided throughout Cairo.**

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the engineering sector.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, and others.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies across locations.
- Demonstrated experience in a factory/manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
