Job Description:The Human Resources Department will manage the full recruitment cycle for both factories and the Head Office, encompassing job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s manpower plan and business goals, as well as coordinating with department heads and factory managers to identify current and future hiring needs. Candidate sourcing will be conducted through various channels, including online platforms, labor offices, and technical schools. The department will conduct interviews and assessments, and plan and execute recruitment campaigns in various governorates, to attract both blue-collar workers and specialized technical staff. Further responsibilities include: ensuring compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor laws; monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics; maintaining an updated talent database; representing the company at job fairs and career days; collaborating with the HR department for smooth onboarding; preparing recruitment reports for senior management; creating and conducting technical tests for factory positions; conducting salary surveys; participating in training as needed; and actively engaging in departmental projects. The ideal candidate must be able to travel to required locations.
