Job Description:Nice One, a distinguished leader in digital retail and e-commerce, invites applications for the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator through the Tamheer Program. This opportunity is designed for individuals with a demonstrable interest in talent acquisition, human resources, and contributing meaningfully within a collaborative team. The successful candidate will initiate their HR career in an inclusive and progressive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Recruitment Process Coordination:** Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment cycle, encompassing job advertisement postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* **Candidate Sourcing:** Support the identification and initial screening of potential candidates via diverse channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
* **Interview Logistics:** Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between candidates and relevant hiring teams.
* **Onboarding Support:** Assist in the onboarding process for new employees through the preparation of necessary documentation and guidance during initial orientation activities.
* **Employer Branding:** Represent Nice One’s organizational values by providing an exceptional candidate experience and promoting our inclusive culture in all interactions.
* **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring processes.
* **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with HR colleagues, business units, and hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives while upholding company values.
* **Compliance:** Adhere to company policies, local labor laws, and best practices, thereby upholding Nice One’s commitment to fairness and diversity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Eligibility for participation in the Tamheer Program within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including adherence to all program requirements (no prior Tamheer participation; not currently employed in the public or private sector).
* Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition and human resources best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR/recruitment tools.
* Proven ability to function effectively as a collaborative team member within a gender-neutral environment.
* Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
