**Responsibilities:**
* **Administrative Tasks:**
* Perform administrative duties related to Talent Acquisition (TA), including data entry, report generation, photocopying, email correspondence, and telephone communication, adhering to Four Seasons standards.
* Manage TA administration and Workday processes.
* Oversee the recruitment process for line personnel, including vacancy postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and new hire paperwork processing.
* Prepare new employee files with initial documentation and selection materials.
* Ensure the accurate processing of all newly hired employees, including orientation, payroll, reference checks, and offer letters.
* Maintain the vacancy posting system.
* Support the preparation of TA reports and meeting presentations.
* Assist with the planning and logistics of recruitment fairs and campus events.
* Maintain harmonious and professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
* Greet applicants and employees, addressing all inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
* Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity, maintaining strict office confidentiality.
* Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
* **Employer Branding & Social Media:**
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to conceptualize, script, and produce impactful digital content (text, photography, and video) for recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media platforms.
* Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our employer branding strategy.
* Ensure consistent visibility of the Talent Acquisition function by maintaining a strong presence across internal (intranet, newsletters) and external (LinkedIn) communication channels.
* Actively engage with our talent community and wider audience, responding to inquiries and fostering interaction.
**Qualifications:**
* **Administrative Skills:**
* Prior experience in a similar role or within a People & Culture department.
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to generate real-time reports across multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization tools.
* Exceptional organizational skills for managing complex interview calendars across multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in English; additional language skills (Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese) are highly desirable.
* **Digital Marketing Skills:**
* Comfortable utilizing social media tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express), and video editing applications.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a refined tone befitting a luxury brand.
* A forward-thinking mindset, capable of generating fresh and engaging ideas for employer branding campaigns.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
* Basic to intermediate experience in capturing and editing photos and short-form videos (e.g., reels, TikToks).
