**Talent Acquisition Executive Role**

The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate closely with designated business areas to efficiently fill vacant positions with qualified candidates. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, diligent follow-up, and constructive feedback.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Adhere to all relevant Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and controlled workflow.
* Execute assigned activities under close supervision.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel to facilitate prompt resolution.
* Address recruitment needs within assigned business areas in a timely manner.
* Advise hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection processes.
* Implement the recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
* Evaluate candidate CVs to assess alignment with position requirements.
* Proactively source candidates for current and future openings.
* Utilize appropriate selection tools to evaluate candidates (e.g., CBI, assessment centers, psychometric evaluations).
* Develop a pool of qualified candidates for immediate placement needs.
* Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
* Interview and follow up on referrals from management and employees.
* Cultivate networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates.
* Provide support for other HR projects involving talent acquisition, as required.
* Participate in relevant projects and community activities, as needed.

**Required Competencies:**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
