**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the sales team to secure and expand business opportunities with new and existing end-user customers, cloud providers, and hosting providers.
* Conduct web-based and on-site demonstrations of the Veeam product portfolio, providing training, enablement, and actively participating in joint customer engagements.
* Provide pre-sales support and on-site assistance to customers during their evaluation of Veeam software.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic alliance partners in coordination with sales colleagues.
* Contribute to and participate in Veeam marketing events.
* Conduct product Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers.
* Prepare Bills of Materials (B.O.M) and responses to RFPs/RFQs based on customer needs.
* Demonstrate new technologies and provide training to internal staff and customers.
* Independently identify and qualify business opportunities.
* Provide technical compliance and competitive analysis of products within the solution.
* Possess hands-on experience in Hypervisors and cloud environments.
* Coordinate presales efforts with customers, collaborating with Veeam Solution Architects, System Integrators, and Professional Services personnel.
**Expectations:**
* Ability to engage in strategic business discussions with relevant stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
* Advise customers on their future business strategy and ensure a positive customer experience on assigned accounts.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
* Comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in-person.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within Saudi Arabia.
* Demonstrate initiative and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
* Engage in client interaction for requirement gathering and understanding existing infrastructure.
* Possess knowledge in VMware, Nutanix AHV, RedHat, and Microsoft virtualization technologies in large environments.
* Exhibit familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS, with the ability to discuss and position cloud technologies.
**Advantages:**

* Knowledge of Kubernetes technologies platforms is an advantage.
