Job Description:A prominent global law firm seeks to appoint a System Endpoint Engineer to its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office, offering a competitive remuneration package and comprehensive benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and support of endpoint technologies, operating systems, and application delivery across both physical and virtual environments. Primary duties include the creation and maintenance of operating system images utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and/or comparable third-party solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, maintain, and troubleshoot operating system images and task sequences via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune Autopilot, catering to diverse physical and virtual platforms.
* Install, configure, manage, and provide support for endpoints utilizing MECM and Intune.
* Package and deploy applications employing MECM, MSI, MST, and industry-standard tools such as Flexera AdminStudio, PSAppDeployToolkit, Advanced Installer, PACE Suite, and Orca.
* Manage and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-based policies (Group Policy, Intune), with a specific focus on application delivery and endpoint management.
* Conduct advanced troubleshooting utilizing tools such as ProcMon, Process Explorer, Fiddler, and Wireshark.
* Manage and maintain user profile solutions, including FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management (CPM), and UE-V.
* Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and VBScript.
* Configure, deploy, and monitor operating system and application updates through WSUS, MECM, Intune, and alternative delivery mechanisms.
* Recommend and implement enhancements to endpoint architecture and design.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders as required.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned.

**Skills & Competencies:**

* Comprehensive understanding of Windows 10/11 Enterprise functionalities, configuration, and deployment methodologies.
* Demonstrable hands-on experience with MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and related tools for managing Windows, Office, and third-party applications.
* Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune CSPs.
* Familiarity with endpoint virtualization technologies (Citrix or VMware).
* Experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
* Proficient troubleshooting skills pertaining to hardware, applications, and end-user performance.
* Competency in scripting utilizing PowerShell and/or VBScript.
* Knowledge of BitLocker encryption, BIOS configuration, and workstation-level security protocols.
* Understanding of networking fundamentals, encompassing DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnets, VLANs, and wired/wireless topologies.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
* Five to seven years of experience in creating and maintaining operating system images using MECM or related tools.
* Minimum of three years of experience with MECM and WSUS for operating system patching, application packaging, and updates.
* Microsoft certifications and experience with Citrix are advantageous.
* Experience with Visual Studio for basic utility development is a desirable asset.
* Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
