- General Description:
Provide with proficient support and execution in terms of process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels as well as in support service programs, policy, processes and systems in full compliance with YASREF strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements).
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and close follow-up of the essential core support services activities , including but not limited to facility and community in addition to Office Services and general services such as Travel, Transportation as well as the catering services.
- Perform the assigned services activities in full compliance with the company management system in aspect of the required formalities, approval workflow and execution time frame.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Effective Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Achieve an outstanding level of customer satisfaction via providing with valuable service support
