As a Supply Chain and Systems Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the supply chain functions and associated business processes (current operating model) of our clients. This entails leading the implementation of enhanced operational methodologies (future operating model), encompassing process re-engineering, solution scoping, and the deployment of supply chain-related systems.

This role encompasses the identification and definition of challenges pertaining to supply chain and ERP systems within client organizations. The specialist will support the creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and develop and implement solutions to address identified issues, while concurrently measuring the impact of these implemented changes.

The majority of the incumbent’s time will be spent on-site at client locations, collaborating closely with management and C-level executives. Responsibilities include providing expert advice and direct assistance in the identification, development, and implementation of optimized processes and solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire spectrum of supply chain functions, including Procurement & Sourcing (Source-to-Contract, S2C), Purchasing / Operational Procurement (Procure-to-Pay, P2P), Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Distribution, Warehousing & Inventory Management, and Customer Fulfillment (Order-to-Cash, O2C).

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Applying specialized subject matter expertise to evaluate and document business operations and processes.
* Analyzing workflows, systems, organizational structures, and functions using a range of methodologies including interviews, observation, data analysis, and other techniques to identify areas for functional improvement.
* Documenting processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from Levels 1 to 4, utilizing methodologies such as BPMN, UML, and TOGAF ArchiMate.
* Supporting the definition of business requirements for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Identifying opportunities for technical solutions to enhance business performance, proactively challenging conventional thinking, offering unique perspectives, and conceiving innovative solutions for our clients, while confidently engaging with all stakeholders.
* Collaborating within project teams at client sites to facilitate significant organizational changes, adhering to committed deliverables.
* Training client personnel in the effective utilization of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem-solving methodologies, team-building strategies, and consensus-building skills.
* Preparing and conducting meetings, as well as engaging in one-on-one interactions with clients and colleagues.
* Preparing written and oral feedback, presentation materials, critiques, systems documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries, and comprehensive reports.
