Job Description:The individual is responsible for sourcing suppliers, ensuring product and material compliance with technical specifications, negotiating purchase terms, evaluating supplier performance, guaranteeing timely deliveries, resolving supply chain discrepancies, preparing proposals, requesting quotations, negotiating contract terms, inspecting purchased item quality, rectifying deficiencies, generating reports, maintaining inventory and procurement records, conducting market research and cost analysis, reviewing and updating contract lists, tracking renewal dates, creating purchase orders, and monitoring all purchase orders.
Skills:
- 3-5 years’ experience as a procurement specialist in the IT hardware solutions.
- Familiar with Odoo system.
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
