The Supervisor – Team Leader will support the Facility Manager in the daily operation of the floor and ensure the provision of consistently high-quality service by all team members.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Guest Services:**

* Possess comprehensive knowledge of game operations and rules to effectively explain them to guests, encouraging participation.
* Serve as an ambassador of a positive and enjoyable play experience, fostering repeat visitation.
* Ensure all guests are greeted with enthusiasm and all team interactions are positive and professional.
* Document guest complaints related to daily operational issues and submit them to the Facility Manager for action.
* Assist with guest service exit interviews, providing immediate positive and constructive feedback to relevant associates and addressing any identified shortcomings.
* Maintain professional records pertaining to guest service deficiencies, complaints, or accidents.
* Ensure all team members answer the telephone in a professional manner.
* **Staffing:**

* Prepare the weekly employee schedule and section rotation, submitting it to the Facility Manager for approval.
* Manage the on-site Security and Stewarding teams, ensuring productivity.
* Lead, manage, and coach all team members.
* Monitor the induction program for new employees and provide relevant feedback.
* Assist in team member performance evaluations by providing feedback.
* Provide support to all staff during peak hours.
* **Operations:**

* Actively promote marketing tools, packages, and Cosmocity® features.
* Complete the Daily Log book and End-of-Day report, sharing it with the Supervisor or Facility Manager.
* Oversee the opening and closing procedures checklist to ensure the floor is prepared for guests.
* Prepare the Fond de Caisse and new cards before each shift.
* Manage ticket management, merchandiser machine replenishment, weekly counter audits, and all related transfers.
* Oversee closing procedures and ensure adherence to the checklist.
* Retrieve and prepare the transaction report, ensuring reconciliation between the system and the cash money report upon count.
* Prepare all reports related to EMP SHEET, POS PRIVILEGE, XD & PHOTO BOOTH COUNTER and submit to the Facility Manager, including clarifications.
* Assume the responsibilities of the Facility Manager during their absence, including handling operational issues and making decisions (Supervisor Duty).
* Manage assigned responsibilities effectively and submit reports to the direct supervisor.
* Monitor all administrative duties related to Guest Service Associates (GSAs).
* Assist the direct supervisor in ensuring the team’s adherence to Cosmocity® Operations and Personnel Manuals.
* **Inventory Control:**

* Monitor merchandise inventory and assist in the re-order process (based on Par level sheet), submitting it to the Facility Manager for approval.
* Ensure all merchandise is stored and presented according to safety standards and Cosmocity® presentation norms.
* Ensure all deliveries to consumers are made within the earliest expiry date of the product.
* **Facility Maintenance:**

* Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition and promptly notify management of any deficiencies.
* Monitor the maintenance of games and the game area.
* Perform minor repairs on various machines.
* Monitor the facility’s compliance with fire and safety regulations.
* **Financial:**

* Promptly identify and communicate any accounting-related issues to the direct supervisor.
* Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning of shifts to verify accuracy and assist with bank deposits.
* Receive and validate payments (cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, receipts, refunds, credits, etc.).
* Receive the daily cash out from Cashiers, prepare the report, and share it with the Facility Manager.

Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in BA or Technical degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Related Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Language Skills: Strong command of English – Arabic languages
