**Position:** Subsidiary Administrator
**Objective:**
The Subsidiary Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders and shipments. This position, located in Dubai, offers a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and communicative individual to contribute to the company’s continued growth. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Process customer quotes and orders, proactively and reactively.
* Coordinate and oversee all office activities, including daily operations, process development, service improvements, and communication protocols.
* Manage office supply inventory, including procurement and ensuring adequate stock levels.
* Facilitate communication between sales, manufacturing, and internal departments regarding customer service and after-sales support.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, resellers, and staff.
* Organize customer events, both in-house and externally.
* Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing the company’s ERP system.
* Evaluate inbound inquiries for quotation and export control compliance.
* Manage local stock levels and coordinate the arrangement and scheduling of shipments and deliveries throughout the GCC region.
* Maintain the company calendar and schedule appointments, including customer installations and sales visits.
* Liaise with the UK business to ensure product availability to fulfill customer orders.
* Develop and document business and quality management procedures.
* Arrange travel and accommodation as required.
* Prepare regular financial and administrative reports and support the onboarding and training of new employees.
