Job Description:**Subject: Subcontracts Administration Engineer – Project AMIRAL (Reference: 439907790)**

Met T&S, the Global Employment Company of MAIRE Group, a leading international organization in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures, is seeking a qualified Subcontracts Administration Engineer for the SATORP Amiral petrochemical expansion project located in Jubail II, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This project, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and TotalEnergies, aims to transform the existing refinery into a world-scale petrochemical complex.

**Project Overview:**

MAIRE Group has secured two major EPC contracts for this project. Tecnimont’s scope encompasses the construction of key derivatives units, including butadiene extraction, MTBE, and olefin recovery systems, as well as utilities and offsite facilities to support integration with the existing infrastructure. The total value of Tecnimont’s contracts is approximately $2 billion, with project completion targeted for 2027.

**Position Summary:**

The Subcontracts Administration Engineer for Mechanical Works will contribute to the accurate entry of subcontractor performance data into the designated database and will proactively identify potential deviations from budgetary values, both prospectively and retrospectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the Subcontract Administration Manager (SAM), Site Manager, and project team members in addressing contractual issues with contractors.
* Prepare draft communications concerning contractual matters.
* Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and evaluate the cost and schedule implications with the support of the SAM and Site Control Manager. Ensure timely notification to relevant parties.
* Assist the SAM in developing legal and contractual analyses, reviewing contractual language, and assessing the scope of work inclusions/exclusions related to contractor Site Work Requests and claims.
* Participate in the negotiation of Site Work Requests and claims and maintain accurate status updates.
* Identify project delays and disruptions attributable to contractor responsibility or force majeure, promptly notifying relevant parties.
* Proactively address issues communicated by the Subcontract Administration Manager to assess potential consequences.
* Support the Subcontract Administration Manager in managing project bank guarantees in coordination with the Subcontract Administration Management department.

**Qualifications:**

* University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role on projects of comparable scale.
* Essential experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
