**Job Summary:**

The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing all company activities to achieve the organization’s strategic vision and objectives. This encompasses decision-making, problem-solving, and coordination to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Participate in the formulation of the company’s strategic plan.
* Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the strategic plan by the relevant teams.
* Establish and oversee the achievement of sales targets.
* Monitor project progress, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions through the established performance management system.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all departments.
* Address administrative challenges and foster effective coordination and collaboration among all company departments.
