Job Description:**Strategic Key Accounts Manager – Coloplast Saudi Arabia**

Coloplast, a leading global provider of healthcare products and services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with intimate healthcare needs, seeks a highly motivated Strategic Key Account Manager for Saudi Arabia. This role, reporting to the Head of Sales – Saudi, will be based in Riyadh and will play a critical role in driving Coloplast’s growth strategy within the Kingdom.

**Position Summary:**

The Strategic Key Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with key accounts, including NUPCO, by understanding their unique business requirements and delivering tailored value propositions. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact and orchestrator of Coloplast’s engagement with these accounts. The role encompasses optimizing product alignment with NUPCO tenders, maximizing win rates, and facilitating the adoption of innovative solutions. Furthermore, the Strategic Key Account Manager will provide strategic guidance on pricing, market dynamics, and competitive strategies to support commercial objectives and annual business plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities to achieve key account sales targets.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical functions to identify new business opportunities, penetrate new accounts, facilitate product upgrades, and enhance tender success rates.
* Monitor and analyze the external pricing environment and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
* Support the Saudi sales team in engaging with payer stakeholders to secure access and reimbursement for Coloplast products across all relevant accounts.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and key opinion leaders within NUPCO, the Ministry of Health (MoH), and other relevant institutions.
* Maximize commercial opportunities within NUPCO while mitigating access challenges through the development and implementation of innovative pricing and access programs.
* Gather comprehensive market intelligence on existing contracts and upcoming tenders.
* Establish a deep understanding of account needs, partner dynamics, and competitive situations.
* Cultivate strong relationships at all levels within key accounts to drive competitive advantage.
* Analyze the impact of market trends and factors on customer performance.
* Drive profitable growth and secure opportunities within large, sophisticated accounts by delivering exceptional solutions that improve customer outcomes.
* Lead key activities, including account planning, sales processes, and post-sales implementation, while adhering to territory management principles.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to promote the competitive advantages of Coloplast solutions.
* Negotiate long-term contracts to ensure sustained profitability.
* Retain profitable accounts by providing exceptional service and support.

**Candidate Profile:**

* Saudi National
* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Nursing
* 4-6 years of experience in market access or key account management within the medical device industry
* Direct experience with NUPCO, GHC, MoH, and other relevant institutions within Saudi Arabia
* Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics
* Agile, dedicated, and results-oriented with clear strategic thinking
