Job Description:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the store or warehouse, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with recorded inventory.
- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and security regulations.
- Prepare and dispatch materials for outgoing shipments or internal transfers as required.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management review.
