We seek a meticulous and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the flow of goods and deliveries within the hotel, ensuring adherence to established purchasing and procurement protocols. Responsibilities include receiving and forwarding all incoming and outgoing goods to designated personnel or storage areas, maintaining accurate records of all transactions, identifying slow-moving inventory to prevent overstocking, placing orders via the online procurement system, maintaining exclusive control over central stores (including issuing releases, overseeing deliveries, and conducting stock counts), adhering to all Health and Safety procedures, and providing support to team members and the Food and Beverage Department.

The successful candidate will possess prior store management experience with stock control responsibilities within a 4/5-star hotel environment, demonstrate a positive attitude, possess excellent communication skills, and exhibit a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. A relevant degree in Management, Finance, or a related business discipline from a recognized academic institution is preferred.
