Job Description:The responsibilities encompass the reconciliation of daily sales and purchase invoice records for retail branches located in Cairo. Periodic branch visits will be conducted to assess accounting procedures and provide guidance to branch managers. Daily and monthly financial reports will be prepared and submitted to the Finance Department. Ad hoc and seasonal reporting requests from the Finance Department, such as promotional and item sales analyses, will be addressed. Visa collections will be reviewed, reconciled with SAP records, and verified against bank deposits. Continuous communication with branch managers will be maintained to address accounting and technical inquiries. The Bayan system will be taught to and onboarded for new branch managers. Stock audits for company warehouses and retail branches will be executed and supervised. Branch advances and daily/monthly target disbursements will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the incentive structure. Branch waste reports, including empty containers and oil loss documentation, will be audited. Sales invoices will be scrutinized to detect price discrepancies or unauthorized promotional activities. Comprehensive monthly reports will be generated for all retail branches to facilitate accurate daily sales recording and disseminated to branch supervisors. Promotional compensation reports will be compiled for City Stars branches (1 and 2) and franchise locations. Accounting assistance and necessary sales reports will be provided to branch supervisors. The receipt of cash collections and deposits from Cairo-based branches and franchises of “Maa’ El-Dhahab” and subsequent deposit into the company’s bank account are essential duties. Income statements will be prepared for retail branches in Cairo malls and branches. A monthly analysis of branch expenses will be performed, correlating them with supporting documentation. E-commerce platform accounts and requests will be monitored, coordinating with warehouses to fulfill orders and reconcile accounts within the system. Periodic inventory of goods in warehouses and branches will be conducted. Merchandise transfer orders from warehouses to branches will be continuously matched. Goods transfers from one branch to another will be carried out on the system. Items sold on the Bayan program will be matched with paper invoices. The Visa account will be reconciled with bank receipts from branches.
