Oversee and track item movements within the warehouses (receiving, issuing, and returns). Accurately and promptly record all warehouse transactions in the system. Monitor minimum stock levels at branches and coordinate with the production department to guarantee the availability of essential items and prevent shortages. Validate the accuracy of received and issued quantities, ensuring alignment with official documentation. Participate in regular stock-takes and analyze inventory discrepancies. Generate daily and monthly reports on stock balances, shortages, and surpluses. Liaise with the Procurement, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure data integrity and workflow integration. Monitor product shelf life, expiration dates, and slow-moving inventory. Contribute to the enhancement of storage procedures and the minimization of waste. Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of inventory data, while adhering to established policies and procedures.
