Job Description:

  • Inventory Monitoring : Ensure maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet departmental needs without surplus.
  • Inventory Counting: Conduct regular and accurate inventory counts and verify the accuracy of inventory data.
  • Inventory Tracking : Track the flow of materials to and from the warehouse using inventory management systems
  • Data Analysis : Analyze inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements for management.
  • Coordination with Procurement Department : Work with the procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports on the inventory status and ongoing requirements requests to the management.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
  • Proficiency in using inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Experience in the [industry-specific experience, e.g., retail, manufacturing, FMCG] sector
  • Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Certification in inventory management or supply chain operations is a plus.
